Prepared. Supported. Rested.

$300.00

Join us for a collaborative childbirth education class designed to help you feel confident, informed, and physically ready for birth and the early postpartum period.

Led by Revelle Physical Therapy, this class focuses on the practical and physical side of labor — understanding the stages of labor, how your partner can actively support you, protecting your pelvic floor, learning effective pushing techniques, and practicing labor positions that encourage progress and reduce unnecessary strain. We’ll also talk through what labor typically feels like and how to work with contractions, helping you recognize normal patterns and make confident decisions along the way so you feel prepared, not surprised. You’ll leave with practical tools you can use during birth to support an efficient delivery and smoother recovery.

In partnership with Rested, we’ll share expert guidance on newborn sleep and how rest supports healing in the early postpartum weeks. Hosted at The Bunny Hive — a thoughtfully designed space for growing families — this 3-hour small-group class is intended for parents around 30–36 weeks pregnant and is limited to 6–8 couples to allow for personalized guidance and hands-on learning.
