Childbirth Education

Private Childbirth Education— for You and Your Partner

A calm, confident birth starts with preparation that’s personal. Our childbirth session is taught by a Doctor of Physical Therapy who is also a CAPPA-certified childbirth educator, so you’ll learn labor, delivery, and postpartum through a pelvic-floor lens. Instead of a big, one-size-fits-all class, you’ll get coaching that reflects your body, your provider, and your birth setting.

What makes our class different

  • Private & individualized — tailored to your goals, trimester, medical history, and comfort level.

  • Partner-inclusive — your support person learns exactly what to do (positions, counter-pressure, when to rest/move).

  • Pelvic-floor informed — learn how to prepare the pelvic floor, minimize tearing, and support an easier postpartum recovery.

  • Hands-on skill building — we don’t just talk; you’ll practice labor positions, pushing strategies, and comfort measures together.
