Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy

One-on-one, DPT-led care to relieve pelvic pain, stop leakage and urgency, calm prolapse symptoms, improve bowel health, and restore confidence in movement and intimacy.

Is this you?

  • Pelvic pain or vaginal pressure/heaviness

  • Painful sex (dyspareunia) or difficulty with penetration

  • Bladder leakage, urgency, or frequent nighttime trips

  • Constipation, straining, or incomplete emptying

  • Tailbone, hip, low-back, or rib pain related to the pelvic floor

  • Prolapse symptoms (bulge, dragging)

  • Core changes such as diastasis or “coning” with exercise

We help women experiencing pelvic pain, painful sex, urinary incontinence or urgency, prolapse symptoms, constipation or bowel dysfunction, tailbone/hip/back pain with a pelvic-floor driver, endometriosis- or IC/BPS-related pain, and peri/menopausal pelvic floor changes. We also help lifters and runners return to impact without symptoms.

What to expect at your first visit

  1. Private, 1:1 evaluation — movement, breathe/pressure strategy, and pelvic floor options. We start externally; internal exam is offered only when appropriate and always with consent.

  2. Relief today — hands-on treatment plus exercises you’ll use right away.

  3. Your plan — visit frequency, at-home support, and clear milestones to your goals (running, lifting, intercourse, or symptom-free daily life).
