About Revelle Physical Therapy

Revelle was founded in 2018 after we experienced firsthand how under-supported women can feel during pregnancy and postpartum. It wasn’t our fault—and it isn’t yours either. So many women are never taught what to expect, what’s common vs. what’s treatable, or where to turn for real support. That gap is exactly why Revelle exists.

Our culture often treats pelvic floor symptoms as “just part of motherhood.” But being a mom should not mean you have to live with leaking, prolapse symptoms, painful sex, low back pain, or a core that doesn’t feel like yours anymore.

With the right guidance and care—including women’s health physical therapy, pelvic floor physical therapy, and postpartum physical therapy—many of these concerns can improve, and often be prevented. We’re here to change the narrative around postpartum recovery and women’s pelvic health, so you feel informed, supported, and confident in your body.

Meet Amy & Kelley — Founders of Revelle (Est. 2018)

As the founders of Revelle, Amy and Kelley set out to raise the standard of women’s pelvic health care—expert-led, one-on-one, and centered on listening first. After navigating pregnancy and postpartum themselves, they saw how often women are dismissed or told symptoms are “normal,” when the right support can be life-changing.

At Revelle, we specialize in pelvic floor physical therapy and women’s health physical therapy for pregnancy and postpartum recovery. We help women with concerns like incontinence (urinary leakage), pelvic pain, diastasis recti, core weakness, pain with sex, and C-section recovery, with a clear plan to help you feel strong and confident again.

You’ll always receive one-on-one care with a licensed physical therapist—so you feel heard, supported, and empowered at every visit.
