We kindly request that you provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please understand that when you cancel outside of this window we miss the opportunity to schedule patients on our waiting list.

Cancelling/no-show within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in a $75 fee.
