Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy
Feel strong, confident, and in control again.
Pelvic floor symptoms are common—but they’re not something you have to “just live with.” We provide 1:1 pelvic floor physical therapy for leaking (cough/sneeze/run), urgency/frequency, pelvic pain, postpartum recovery, prolapse symptoms, constipation, and painful sex.
Available in Atlanta (Alpharetta + Chamblee) and Denver.
Is Pelvic Floor PT Right for You?
If you’ve ever thought “Is this normal?”—you’re in the right place. Pelvic floor physical therapy may help if you’re dealing with:
Leaking with coughing, sneezing, jumping, or running
Sudden urgency or frequent trips to the bathroom
Pelvic heaviness/pressure or prolapse symptoms
Pain with sex, tampons, or pelvic exams
Pregnancy discomfort, postpartum healing, or C-section recovery
Core weakness, doming/coning, or diastasis recti concerns

Clear next steps so you leave knowing exactly what to do
What to expect at your first visit
Walking into pelvic floor PT shouldn’t feel intimidating. We keep it thorough, comfortable, and focused on your goals.
1) Conversation + goals
We’ll talk through symptoms, history, and what you want to get back to (exercise, sex, travel, daily life—whatever matters most to you).
2) Assessment
We assess posture, breathing strategy, core function, hips, and how your body manages pressure.
If a pelvic floor exam is appropriate, we’ll explain why and what it involves—and it is never required. We only do what you consent to.
3) Your plan + first steps
You’ll leave with clear guidance, simple exercises you can actually do, and next steps tailored to your body—not the internet’s.
Our Approach
Pelvic floor PT is more than “just do Kegels.” Depending on what’s going on, your plan may include:
Pelvic floor coordination (relaxation + strengthening when appropriate)
Pressure management (breath + core strategy)
Hip and trunk strength + mobility
Soft tissue work and scar mobility (when helpful)
Bladder and bowel habit strategies
Return-to-exercise progressions (running, lifting, Pilates, etc.)
Our focus is function: helping you move, live, and feel better—without fear of flares, leaking, or setbacks.
