Prenatal Massage

Pregnancy can be tough on the body. Prenatal massage helps reduce muscle and joint pain, swelling, and tension, while also improving relaxation and sleep. We use supportive pillows/bolsters so you and baby stay comfortable the entire session. It’s a safe, pelvic-floor–friendly way to keep you moving through pregnancy.

Postnatal/Postpartum Massage

Designed to support your body after childbirth, postnatal massage relieves muscle tension (hello, feeding/holding/lifting), reduces swelling, and promotes relaxation during recovery. It’s a nurturing treatment focused on healing, comfort, and a calm moment just for you. It also pairs really well with postpartum pelvic floor PT to help your body recover as a whole.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage is similar to Swedish massage but your therapist will apply a slow, firm pressure to release muscle tension. The focus of this type of massage is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia. This kind of massage can help increase range of motion, reduce minor aches and pains and ease inflammation.

If you are a current physical therapy patient, we will work closely with your massage therapist to ensure your massage is tailored towards your rehabilitation goals. We strive to utilize a multidisciplinary treatment approach to help you achieve your goals faster and get you feeling your best!
