PRICING
Initial Evaluation $200
Visit will include a head to toe physical exam that will look at your posture, breathing mechanics, analyze your core function and strength, assess for muscle imbalances, pelvic floor internal exam (if warranted) and more! You and your physical therapist will come up with a treatment plan that is individualized to your specific needs to ensure we achieve your goals and get you feeling your best!
Follow Up $180
Visits will be individualized based on your personal needs and follow the treatment plan you and your physical therapist came up with at the initial evaluation. Treatment can include: soft tissue mobilization, joint mobilization, manual stretching, neuro re-education, therapeutic exercise, and more!

Nope! You are free to schedule and be seen for any physical therapy appointment without a referral.

We’re a cash-based clinic and can provide a superbill if you plan to submit for out-of-network benefits. HSA/FSA can be used for eligible services.
